Eating Healthy For Kids Activities

eating healthy for kids activities
I need to divide a 24 hour clock into activities for a balanced day? Sleep, school, eating, etc?

I am writing a school lesson for a class of 8th graders. According to the curriculum I must make an activity that divides a 24 hour day into healthy healthy habits:
“look at the clock. It is divided in 24 hours. Divide the clock to show how much time you need for each activity.”
So I must instruct the kids to divide the clock.
For example: Sleep 8 hours and so on.

I need help. How would you divide a 24 clock into healthy activites?
How much time for eating? sleeping? exercise? play? relax? are there others? Help!
