Moms, what healthy snacks do your kids eat?
Just looking for some new options for my family!
The big one here is fresh red and green peppers with low fat ranch dip. They love it.
They are big yogurt eaters.
SunChips (maybe not TOTALLY healthy, but better than Lays)
They like MorningStar Farms Soy sausage (yeah, as a snack.. weird huh?)
Strawberries with Splenda
Smoothies (yogurt, diet v8 splash, 2 cups frozen fruit)
Oranges, apples and grapes in a bowl together
one daughter likes bananas
Sunflower seeds
cashews
tomato toast (wheat bread, sliced tomato, shredded cheese put in toaster oven)
Peanut butter toast
(I’ll keep adding- I know there’s more)
