Any Nutrition Tips For Nanny Of Non-Meat Eating Kids?

Ive been recently employed by a family with a 4 year old girl and a two year old autistic boy who refuse to eat meat as well as alot of other foods. the mother however does not want them to consume alot of sugar. how can i make them all happy?
*mother does not want them to consume SUGAR (i.e. juices like snapple etc)

I take care of a girl whose parents are vegetarian (she IS allowed to eat meat for protein but there is never much in the house).

One of her favourite foods is rice with chopped paprikas,mixed with goat’s cheese (protein). You can also make your own tomato sauce with fresh tomatos , garlic and basil and eat it with macaroni.

What about egg rolls? Most kids seem to like eggs and when it’s a roll, it looks ‘fun’. Use the egg as a wrap and stuff minced meat ,surimi crab sticks, chicken bits(if they will eat it), if not with rice,cucumber, carrots , tomatos, paprika ,cheese etc. Prepare everything in a few bowls and let them pick what they want in their own rolls.
