Is there a way to get records on someone who’s children had been taken away?
I need to get my ex husbands girlfriends records from the department of health and human resources (welfare office). She had seven kids taken from her.She is unclean and very unstable mentally.I need to find whatever I can to prove she is unfit that way my children are not around her.The cops are always being called on her for domestic as well.If anyone can help in anyway or have any ideas as to what I can do please please please help me.I can not afford an attorney again.
No it has nothing to do with jealous. This woman was in my ex’s life 2 years ago and she tried saying I harmed my children so she and my ex could gain custody of my children.Which it did not work I proved my innocence and I have custody. Now she is back with my ex trying the same thing again because she now lost custody of her new baby do to being unfit.
Well those records I believe are private. However her record of police calls should be enough.
One thing you can do is amend your the visitation on your custody papers. You can make only supervised visitation and/or make it so that she can not be present during visitation.
